InfoPrint Enhances TransPromo Solutions with SAS Offering

Seeking to help marketers create timely and targeted transactional documents for their customers, InfoPrint Solutions Company today announced that SAS (News - Alert) Customer Intelligence is part of its suite of TransPromo solutions.
The alliance combines the strength of the company in areas such as document production, color and system integration, with SAS’s expertise in customer and business intelligence and predictive analytics, according to the companies.
InfoPrint officials say TransPromo solutions include InfoPrint 5000 with AFP support, InfoPrint ProcessDirector and best-of-breed software offerings from Mapping, StreamServe, Exstream and Prinova.
Some details on those solutions, according to the company: IPPD provides a scalable output management workflow system; InfoPrint Manager (IPM) optimizes database analytics, statement design and composition and direct marketing content from one, centralized suite of software solutions.
The solution was launched in March and the InfoPrint TransPromo Consulting Practice teamed up with SAS to facilitate it, company officials say. With the help of SAS Customer Intelligence, companies can look to deepen their customer relationships and improve their bottom line. By delivering targeted messaging to retain, cross-sell and up-sell to customers across marketing and operational channels, such as print production, direct mail, email and other online channels, SAS and InfoPrint enable CMOs to optimize marketing returns.
“The market is waking up to the potential revenue streams offered by TransPromo. By further bolstering our portfolio with the addition of the SAS Customer Intelligence offering, we make a more compelling proposition for those enterprises who haven’t yet taken initial steps in TransPromo,” said Sandra Zoratti, a vice president with InfoPrint. “By combining scalable technology and proven consulting services with SAS analytics, we are educating customers on the benefits of TransPromo and showing new audiences how to transform their marketing campaigns.”
