The trixbox Appliance comes with a wide variety of optional features that include call center functionality and full integration with popular customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
“Voiplink is one-stop VAD for IP
phone systems, including the core IP-PBX, phones and a wide variety of add-on products,” said Chris Vuillaume (News - Alert), vice president of business development and channels for Fonality, in a Tuesday statement.
“Working with Voiplink is a positive expansion of our channel in North America and gives interconnects an easy way to service and support their VoIP customers.”
“We’re giving our customers total control and flexibility in ordering, delivering and installing the trixbox Appliance,” said Thomas Baxter, President of Voiplink, in Tuesday’s statement.
“We will drop ship directly to the installation site so resellers can focus on network preparation and provisioning, and when the trixbox Appliance arrives they just plug it in and the customer is ready to go. With the addition of the trixbox appliance to our product line, resellers now have a one-stop solution.”
