Sangoma Selected for Large-Scale Installation for Loto-Quebec

PC-based telephony hardware and software provider Sangoma Technologies (News - Alert) Corporation has announced that Loto-Quebec Corporation is installing its PC-based hardware in lottery terminals throughout the Canadian province of Quebec.
Under a signed deal, Sangoma's PCI-based ADSL, T1
and 56kbps DDS cards will be supplied to Sagem Communications (News - Alert) of Paris, France for installation in lottery terminals provided to Loto-Quebec.
Sangoma has not given out any financial details about the deal.
The cards will connect the lottery terminals throughout the Province of Quebec to the central office
. Approximately 10,000 cards of different types will be purchased in an initial deal worth approximately $800,000.
Loto-Quebec Corporation is an agency of the Government of Quebec that operates a public lottery and video lottery network.
