Jitterbit forms partnership with CRM Advantage
May 13, 2009 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) --
Jitterbit, a provider of open source integration software, has announced a strategic partnership with CRM Advantage. The partnership combines CRM consulting services with the data and application integration solution such as Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP.
CRM Advantage will leverage Jitterbit's open source platform for streamlined integrations, by enabling enterprise customers to connect Salesforce with any other cloud or on-premise applications.
According to Jitterbit, the two companies are currently working on an integration project for a regional East Coast energy company, interconnecting its Salesforce CRM with a variety of data sources throughout the organization. This high-profile project will give the company complete visibility and control over its data, and create new business process efficiencies including enhanced productivity and customer service.
Sharam Sasson, founder and CEO of Jitterbit, said: "CRM Advantage shares our commitment to customers and passion for developing customized integrations that boost productivity, improve processes and ultimately impact the bottom line. As the companies continue working together, we will focus efforts on enhanced efficiencies and connections, including NetSuite ERP and Salesforce integrations."
Brian Bell, managing partner and senior consultant of CRM Advantage, said: "We investigated integration offerings from Cast Iron Systems, Pervasive and Jitterbit. Ultimately, only Jitterbit met our customers' requirements. Not only did Jitterbit demonstrate flexibility and ease-of-use, but its functionality provided the perfect complement to our Salesforce integrations. Jitterbit is now our data transformation tool of choice."
